how long does shipping take?

every piece is made to order. production takes 3-7 business days. US shipping takes an additional 3-5 business days. total estimated delivery: 7-12 business days.

is shipping free?

yes — free US shipping on every order. no minimum. no exceptions.

can i personalize my order?

every alfs piece comes with a pre-written message card that is emotional, meaningful, and ready to give. the message is printed on the card inside your gift box.

what if my item arrives damaged?

contact us at alfspartners@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. we'll replace it immediately at no cost.

can i return or exchange my order?

because every piece is made to order specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. however if there is any issue with your order we will always make it right.

what metals are available?

most alfs pieces are available in 14K white gold finish and 18K yellow gold finish over stainless steel. some pieces also come in rose gold. check individual product pages for options.

how do i care for my alfs piece?
